For anybody with a pet, please know what to ask of your vet and don't
be afraid to speak up. Here is the story of what happened to my
parrot, Gomez, under the care of an avian vet.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Gomie looked like a sweet bird. I have
taken your advice to heart, and will remember to be proactive in the event
(God forbid) that one of my birds is sick.

I'm also in southern California (OC), and will pass the word about Dr.
Molnar's lack of communication skills (not to mention possible lack of
doctoring skills).

You might want to consider posting this on rec.pets.birds, as it gets a
little more action than the Grey site. Yours is the first post I've seen
here in months if not years.
