after posting i found links thanks. so can see why you didnt mention them.
just in books here theyre listed with the parrotlets. kinda confusing.

they arent available down under.

i asked the parrot society here.

well maybe they got it during one of the brief periods when the import bans
were lifted.

im only going on what i was told when I asked representatives of the
australian parrot society.
