I was sleeping this morning when Jen came running in, yelling that
it was an emergency. I jumped out of bed and ran into the bird room
with her but Yoda, our lovebird was already gone.
She heard some frantic squawking and ran in there, but by the time she
found him it was already too late.
He was hanging from the end of his "Happy" Hut with a bunch of threads
wrapped tightly around his neck. I guess he chewed out a loop and got
his head stuck in it.
I held him up and took the happy hut out and it took me a minute or so
to cut the threads from around his neck, they were so tight, but it was
too late, even by the time Jennifer found him.
He was less than a year old.

God
If the Happy Hut is not too damaged, you might be able to sell it here.
Someone (I can't recall exactly who or when; a search of the news group
might help) was asking about buying a used Happy Hut.
With kind regards
Chu

So sorry for your loss of little Yoda.
May your pain turn to peace in the weeks
and months ahead. Take care.
