Hello, I am considering purchasing a cage stand. However, I am unable
to find any stands that fit this cage.

http://prevuepet.com/item-info.asp?Category_id=13&Product_ID=940

The dimensions are 23.5" wide by 15" deep by 23.5" tall.

Does anyone know any cage stands that would fit this, or any place
where I oculd get a custom-made stand? I would prefer for the stand to
be less then $100. Thanks in advance.

Standard concrete blocks are 7.5" x 7.5 x 15.5" .  A stack of 9 of them
would be the rightsize  for under $20.   Any building supply store has
them.  For less weight and  about the same cost you can glue together
white PVC water pipe to make a stand.  Use 1" or 1-1/4" fittings.  The
only tools you need are a ruler and a saw to cut the pipe.  It's easy.
It will take parrots longer to  chew up either the PVC or the concrete
block than if you use wood.
