matoo when we met id just lost my best friend of 20 years ..we were both lonley ..you made a real pest of yourself an got my attension ..over the years you stole my heart an my new mates heart as well .. your personality was straight up take no sh.t ...you brigtened my day an made me smile ....you showed me you were no usual peachface ..i hope you liked an had fun with your partner for the little time she was around ..i hope you liked living with us as much as we grew to love you ....i hope youve gone to a beautiful rainforest with lots trees an other peachfaces to rule over !! ..ill miss you ..very very much. you were one special mate ..one special bird .. goodbye matoo ...goodluck. >.i hope youve gone to a beautiful >rainforest with lots trees an other peachfaces to rule over !! I know that firsthand as I lost my Sydney II a while back and now have Sydney III, a rescue peachface. I know exactly what you mean when you say these little ones can steal your heart away ... they're real spunky characters. That's so sweet. My parakeet, Christmas, passed away (I can't believe it's 3 years already) & he had the sweetest little personality. Looked just like him (but cuter): http://www.mycherishedpet.com/garden/gimages/nick.jpg I loved when he would take baths. So cute when he was all wet! I left him & the others to listen to K-Mozart radio while I was away from home during the day, and I came home on Mozart's birthday to find that Christmas had passed. I was so sad. |
