I was cleaning my birds' cage this morning, and one of my Zebra Finches got
out. She flew around the house, followed by me, my cat and my dog. I
finally caught her and got her back in the cage, but I think she might have
been injured.
It has been about 4 hours now and she is still sitting in the same spot.
She is alert and moves her head and blinks when I talk to her, but she seems
to be breathing fast. Her body is moving is sort of a slight bob, very
quickly.
What should I do to help her?

If you think the bird is injured, then you should take the bird to an
avian vet to receive proper medical care.
And if you don't have a qualified vet, just mention your general location
and someone might be able to point you to one.

She has hopped down and is now eating and drinking. I think she's going to
be fine. Thanks, you'all.
