Anybody heard of these? The local shop got some in and they tell me they
get a real nice purple when they mature. Right now they look pretty neat
and are only about an inch long. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Typical Pseudotropeus (or whatever they are this week) and
it's "acei"  or "sp. acei"  ..

Fins get outlined in yellow and the purple gets deepr as they mature.
  VERY striking fish.

As one of the first Pseudotropheus's that I had,  I was shocked to count
nearly 100 fry on a first spawning, over 100 on the second  and 117 on
her third.   I sold those breeders to stop the population explosion.

I'm looking to sell some (as well as many other cichlids),  am in the
Portland OR area,  (I don't ship)
