I have a friend of mine making holding tanks for some of my crayfish &
thought they would be perfect for somebody with bettas.... They can come in
many different configs. with removable dividers etc etc. They can be made to
hang inside a large tank or be completely separate outside the tank.

The first thing that popped into my mind was that if you plan on
marketing these, you should get a copyright prior to showing pictures
on the internet. If you post pictures and someone who is unethical
decides to reproduce this, then get a copyright, it is legally the
second person's due to the fact that you did not copyright. Or, second
scenario, some reproduces it and sells the item, you have no claim
whatsoever to the profit.

With the legality issue out of the way, I applaud you for designing
this. I think it is a tremendous improvement from the way bettas are
usualy kept, (in those small, dirty, and far too often neglected cups.)

Congrats on making such an awesome item,

Actually I think you need a patent, not a copyright.  In any case I've seen
these in use at the fish store, so I'm not sure it matters.

My mistake, it is a patent,  thanks for the correction.
