Ive got a few fish I would give away to a good home in Spokane. I'm
wondering how I could find away to comumicate with locals.

When I lived in the States I always saw bulletin boards where people
hung up small signs. Like outside the Safeway stores or at shopping
malls. There would always be signs from people giving away kittens or
puppies. Maybe this has changed now, and these bulletin boards aren't
there anymore. But it's certainly acceptable to put up a sign with
"Tropical Fish" at the top, then description of the fish. Or you might
ask at your pet store, or tropical fish store, especially if they know
or recognize you, if you can put a sign in their store.

You may be able to give them to a local fish store and even get some money
for them. The store I go to in Philadelphia, for instance, will pay you
about 1/3 of the price at which they can resell the fish.
