I noticed the name on my breeder sheets.  Sci name is the same.  I
couldn't find much by Googling, just a couple of poor pictures:

Anyone ever see one?

What a trip, I have never heard of a Red Frontosa. I have a really colored
up Burundi and an Ikola Aqua Blue. I bet those reds cost an arm and a leg,
if that is for real.

Arm, leg and my first born, about 6 times more expensive than Burundi.

It would be very interesting if they were "natural" wild specimens.
The pictures both look to be tank bred.

How do you think tank bred Fronts differ from wild caught, quality of
finage?

The pictures I posted where just mined from the web so I've no idea to
their origin or authenticity, but my breeder sheet lists the red Fronts
available as wild-caught.

It's hard to say. Just about 30 years of experience with frontosa seem
to flag those in the pictures as tank bred. Wild ones just look
different, sort of not so pretty, pretty.

Good, I'll be delighted to see better pictures or even the real thing.
