Can they live together? in a 20g or 50 g tank?  They are 2 of my fav fish,
but with my snakes and current fish I am running out of space.  At least
that is what my wife said.  hehehe  ;)

won't work, the convicts will get far too aggressive.

And the Convicts will fill up a 50 gallon tank within 3 months, if not
sooner.

Are you telling me that 2 convicts will grow large enough to require a 50
gal. tank?

juveniles. As soon as I had a m/f pair off and lay eggs I got rid of the
other 6 but shortly afterward I had lots of fry which I raised and then sold
off. They will breed like crazy and unless you can sell off the fry or use
them as feeders for other fish than the 50 will quickly become too small,
however so will a 75, 100 etc etc.
