Just how succeptable are cockatiels to drafts?  I'm thinking about getting a
'tiel but am concerned how they might handle drafts. They won't be *too* bad
but then again they won't be to the point of not being noticable either, and
what with the winter months coming soon...

Greetings Alex Cain.
.
I don't think your tiels need to worry.  This web site might be helpful:
.
      http://www.sss.gov/regist.htm
.
A major requirement is having a trigger finger.  (Sorry, couldn't control
myself.)
.
From what I hear, these birds are hardly fellows and can take most climates.
Let's hear from somebody that really knows about cockatiels and air drafts.
.
Respectfully,

If I had a cockatiel, I'd name him Blackjack Pershing or Admiral Nelson.
