No matter what im taking my tiel to teh vet tommorow. But all the same your
info would be good.

She was laying eggs and sitting on then for almost 2 months, sadly none
hatched, it is winter. Her partner i found dead on the aiverys ground and
then my girl was looking sick and fluffed up.

Now i brought them all inside (3) and they are in a smaller cage indoors. My
girl is fluffed up, now shes not on the perch too much at all, what do yo
uthink is wrong? The day i brought her in, she dropped an egg on the cages
ground, could she be egg bound> I really dont hae a clue. I got some
antibiotic drops from the pet store, they are an all round antibiotic. They
dont seem to be working at all.!

Her appetite is still good and she is dringing water.

Advice appreciated, im really worried. Thanks Rachael

Just read your post, thats sad, did you go to the vet???? If so what is
wrong or what does the vet think(is he/she avian vet?) is she getting enough
calcium to replace what she is losing from laying?? How long were they
paired??? Broken heart will kill a tiel, extra special attention for her,
cut her daylight to 9-10 hours and she should quit laying if she hasnt
stopped. Good luck, hope she is ok :-)
