When I first got my tiel (9 months ago) I read a book that said if it stood on one leg it is sick. Sorry I don't remember the  name of the book :-(

As I previously had budgies who stood on one leg all the time, I ignored this advice. Cindy seems fine to me.

Was the book wrong, or me?

Regards,

tony

The book is BS, one leg perching is normal as is two leg, if your bird sits on the bottom of the cage all fluffed up and its nice and cozy warm in the room, then you should worry.
