dont screw around with mineral water. use your tap water and add dechlor.
quarantine of new fish lasts around 1 month, not a few days. could be this fish was
in trouble when you bought it.

Bottled water has an unstable PH, tap water with dechlor should be fine in
most cases. If you do use mineral water or RO water you need to add
minerals back in.

You should never use mineral water. Go to the shop you bought the fish
from and ask for chemical to treat tap water

You should also take a look at above post "fellow fishes for my
goldfish" just in case you may end up overstocking. As an aside lower
quality black moors turn gold when still alive. I guess it's normal
enough for fish to change colors when they die though.
