Regenerating AmmoCarb

I've been using AmmoCarb to reduce ammonia and keep my water clear.  It is a
mixture of AmmoChips and carbon.  Can it be regenerated by soaking in salt
water like AmmoChips?

carbon cannot be regenerated.  the ammo can be with salt brine.  Ingrid
