I bought Pro Gold pellets from them too. Try them :D I just bought a bag of Medikoi from TSE Koi Inc (San Jose, California). Medikoi is the only medicated food that I've found to work on serious bacterial infections. I live locally so I didn't have to buy it online. I went to their store. But their website is at http://www.tsekoi.com where you can order it online. I don't know if they ship to New Zealand but you can email them to find out. $16.95 for a 1.25lb bag. It sounds expensive, but if you're treating a single goldfish, the bag will last you quite awhile (I cut the pellets into a smaller size for small fish). The first bag I bought lasted me 2.5 years (I didn't run out of it.
