Hi! Just wanted to let you know that I received the medigold a few day
ago and I have been feeding it to the fish. I had a question? Can yo
soak the medigold before giving it to the fish? It seems rock hard, an
large pieces for my goldfish. I cut the food in half and fed the fish
but my fantail(major pig) will eat a piece, then it takes him an hou
or so to finish it(looks like he has a rock in his mouth!).

Yes, you can soak the medigold before feeding especially if you have a
smaller fish.  I pour a little bit of dechlorinated water in a cup and
soak the food for a few minutes then pour the whole cup into the tank.
