My tank looks decidedly bare(the one piece of 'furniture' my fish has is a
small holow castle, which he sleeps in msot nights).

I was thinking about gettign some form of plant to brighten the tank up. I
don't know about live plants as there's the water chemsirty to watch for
there i guess, and im new t all this (why is my garden pond back home so
much simpler!). What about fake plants? do goldfish have any problemw ith
them, do i need them to be amde of certain types of materials?

hope someone has some pointers i can use :)
