I don't get it, and can't. Many of us may well be in that boat, due
usenet in general (it's dying isn't it?). Few ISP's in New Zealand
carry any usenet - those that are left, usually do so via other major
providers. *Perhaps* RPM will be added, I have no control over the
process and don't expect to ever be able to get it.

you can get usenet "on the web" without an ISP providing the newsgroup.
