Neosporin question

After calling around to try and find the cream, rather than the ointment
that slides right off the fish, I found a store that had the cream. But when
my husband brought it home, it was "neosporin with pain relief". It contains
something called pramozine HCl for pain relief. Is this safe for the fish?
Apparently the cream with out this isn't available in our small town.

Thanks,

Thank you! Now the fish can hate me even more..... (they're getting tired of
being hauled out and dunked in bowls)
