It certainly looks like a tumor.

One of my fish had one recently.  I took it to a vet, he removed it.

cost a lot.

A couple months the tumor was back.

they don't always recur, but they can.  An external tumor isn't so
threatening to the fish, an internal tumor is bad news.

sort of up to you what you want to do about it.

By the way, this is not a binaries group, it's best if you don't post
binaries here.

You can make the binary post much smaller by reducing the quality of
the jpeg, by compressing it more.  those were big files.
