Tomorrow (saturday), Dribbel will have a trip to the vet. Het got
neutered last week, and the vet is simply going to check everything.

Malinka will also be joining us on the trip. He recently lost both his
female companions, and we really want to make sure he's healthy. Both
Marussia and Mika died of a breathing problem, with just 3 months apart.
I've been driving myself crazy finding out what the cause could be of
these losses, but it seems there's no real cause - or source.
Nevertheless, I want Malinka to have a clean bill of health, I'm not
taking any chances!

Both were 100% OK. Both guys had a complete health-check, and were fine :o)

It looks like Dutch and appears to mean 'wrote' or 'write'
kelvyn.

No Guinea Pigs were harmed during the writing or sending of this post.

Thought it might have been dutch.  I wondered if he had thought up a
nick name for me but your theory sounds more realistiic.  :)

This means: "Scorpio wrote".  It is Dutch, and my emailtool
(Thunderbird) automaticly places this in my replies. I usually remove
it, because it might cause confusion to those who don't speak Dutch, but
sometimes I forget...

Lot of Dutch people here (NZ) there were some major migrations especially
after the war years. Dutch people sssimilate very well and i like them, but
i noticed they never entirely lose their accents (like the Scots) Guinea
pigs seem to be a very popular pet in the Netherlands.

And that is how it should be. People need tio integrate fully and
assimilate even.

Unfortunately, immigrants here respect our values, norms and quirks
too little to even integrate.

As we already comply way too much with native English speakers...
