I don't know if this would be a problem. Depends on how fuzzy your piggies
are about their food. My piggies, for instance, are used to being fed twice
a day. In the morning when I get up, they get one tablespoon of food per
piggie in their foodbowls. And in the evening around 10.00 PM they get, once
again, one tablespoon of food per piggie in their foodbowls. Both times they
almost completely clear out their foodbowls.

But when I give them two tablespoons of food per piggie in the morning, and
the next feeding is the next morning, then I know that I can throw away a
lot of food. Simply because they like their food to be as fresh as possible
(can you blame them?).

And before I forget: I don't read anything about veggies in your posting.
Will your house/petsitter also give veggies to your piggies? And will he/she
do that EVERY day? If not, then you might end up with piggies that feel
pretty miserable when you return. (This is not meant to be an attack towards
you, just something to think about.)
