A few days ago, while feeding the boys a tiny piece of banana, I heard
this grunting. With all of their heads together, I could not tell who
was my new grunt. Later that evening I was playing with (annoying)
Zolo, the double dwarf. I would roll this 8 inch red ball with white
spots into his space under the side table. Zolo would push it back.
After about three times or so, The Z Man started grunting at me and the
ball. "Hey man! Enough with the ball already!" ROFLMAO
Big ol' Jump's voice is a whimper. Wizard Has am adorable squeak. Tiny
2 1/2 pound Zolo has this deep little grunt....... How Cute!

My darling big girl Zeta snores VERY loudly (yes, she has been checked out
by the vet). At least one of her "babies" (born at the shelter 4.5 years
ago) also snores.
Little Louie has a rather anemic grunt that he uses to voice his
displeasure. It just makes me laugh.

Hehe!
Tussi has a good grunt. I'll try to get her on film once. She's extremely
territorial of her cage and will actually charge if you try to reach in to
remove something. "Hey! That's mine!" LOL

He does want that suitcase back. He did chin it! "Claimed by the hair
(hare) on my chinny chin chin!" By rabbit law that includes YOU!
Anything Zolo claims is property of the herd leader....... His
Jumplyness....... THE JUMP! Wizard speaks, "Beth's presence is
required by The Jump. Please report. Head petting duties start
immediately!"
Man! are you ever in trouble.

Penelope is almost completely silent... she used to 'honk' while
running in circles around Zeus to express her undying love, but very
very quietly. She will 'purr' when you pet her though (when she lets
you pet her... ha ha) but still, very very softly.
Zeus was pretty quiet. Before we got him fixed, he would honk for
Frank, our big tom cat. He loved Frank more than life itself. (see
proof here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/24027622@N02/2284692992/in/set-72157603961877184/

Petunia doesn't make much noise unless she is angry about something,
which isn't very often. But if you pick her up and give her a good
cuddle (which I can't resist sometimes, even though I know she doesn't
like it all that much) she will give a little growl when she has had
enough (just before she bites you ha ha).
Chicken is loud and very vocal. She squeaks, growls, grunts... you
name it. Mostly when you are messing around with her stuff, but also
when she is happy and just feels like talking to you.
Hoppie doesn't say much at all. Lots of purring when you pat her (she
is a total suck) but that is about it. When she lived in her old cage
and Matt and I would go away for the weekend, she would growl and
lunge at my dad when he came to feed her each day. She even bit a
chunk out of his finger and drew blood! This is a Hoppie I have never
seen... ha ha ha

Wow! Way too much biting.
Jump used to have a soft "love" honk for me, before he was fixed. After
that, he too lost his honk. I was sad. :-(
He still loves me though.
Love the picture of Zeus giving Frank kisses. ;-)

impression

Pepper is a pretty quiet bunny - aside from the thumping. She will
toothpurr, but that's about it. When we were fostering a potential
compainion, I was stunned to hear her growl like a dog and charge the
gate! Then I burst out laughing - "Who's the fierce little bunbun..."

You got a glimpse of Pepper's inner bun. She was ready to defend you
and her home from the 'nasty invader'. How nobel!

Biscuit will grunt when annoyed. It's soft, but you can hear him.
Roxie OTOH never makes a sound...she lets you know with foot flicks
that she is disgusted with something. When we pet them Biscuit is
silent but Roxie will give us a wonderful tooth purr.

Hershey has always been a grunter, especially when he wants his
pellets. Louise does a snorty sort of snarl when you don't feed her
fast enough. My other 2 are quiet.
