Jodie's poopy butt concerns me more than the sneezing.
I would not give the Baytril without vet's orders. It is an antibiotic,
and should be given in a complete course.
Try to get Jodie to eat grass hay and washed wet greens. No treats! Not
even carrot root.
If the poopy butt is very severe (if there is persistent diarrhea), I
would think about an emergency vet.
Liza will probably be fine until you can get her to a vet if the
sneezing persists. It could be allergies, or a tiny bit of something in
her nose or nasal passages. She may need to see the vet, but she'll
probably be okay until they reopen.
Keep an eye on that poopy butt, though!

Nona, Jodie is eating wet greens(parsley, romaine lettuce, and timothy hay.
have given him a butt bath last night, it is his pills with what look
like to be cecals, which he does injest, and he lays on it.Pretty picture
It is something though, I am thinking the timothy pellets, but I a
rationing him heavily on the pellets. I put out the hay and it had a lo
of floaty dust, I hope that is what is bothering Liza and the tempature i
here, she is under the vent and it probably is drafty to her. Carla Liz

I'm not crazy about romaine lettuce. Can you get dandelion? Sneezing
should be looked at by a vet, ASAP. That's not good.

You're right, Carla, it could be the hay dust. The temperature might
affect her, too.
If it keeps up, for a couple of days, I would be thinking vet, but it
does not sound like an emergency to me--unless it's just constant,
constant sneezing with a lot of nasal discharge--particularly white
discharge.
