While i have had two bunnys and now a third, Domino. I notice on this
board.. more and more buns with stasis.
I spoke with Nona who gave me some suggestions on what to feed him.
Mostly greens. which he loves.. and i do keep some timothy based
pellets as well... and all of the hay he can eat. I even found a
place that sells Oxbow hay.
Or is it bladder infections that mostly happen here? It really makes
me nervous to hear of all of the apr buns having stasis. I will
really have to read on what to look for and what to do.
I also always call on Arlette when i have a question. so To Arlette
and Nonies... thank you so much.. I may be a human nurse.. but i am
not a very good bunny nurse.. I just get so nervous. Its almost time
for Dom's first vet visit and a nail clipping and already i'm
nervous.. Dont know why??? Good thing i never had any kids.. yikes.

My opinion only: hay hay hay LOTS of hay and more hay. No hoomin treats or
food. No Petsmart rabbit junk food. Limit sugars/fruits and even pellets.
Did I mention lots of hay? You can buy from Oxbow direct or a million places
online. Offer a variety of hays. Mine gets timothy, orchard & oat hay.
Their diet is sooo simple it's actually easy to screw up by giving exotic
things to nibble.
