Can rabbits get mono?

I'm concerned because a friend has it (no one who lives with me does)
but I'm still worried.  If I did get it, could I pass it on to my bunny?
(with humans, it's not ONLY transmitted through kissing).  I know the
period where she's contagious is debated, but generally agreed to be
somewhere between a month or two.  If there is a chance bunnies can get
it, I'll avoid her for the next couple of months, so I really need some
good info :)

thanks!

Nothing is passed between Hoomins & rabbits.  Pigs are another story!

NOTHING is passed between humans and rabbits?  I thought rabbits could
get herpes simplex 1, at least.

I'll ask about that.  It may be urban legend.

Not unless you bite her!

(Pepper bit my leg on Sunday after I overgroomed and it was infected the
next day.  My doc gave me a short course of anitbiotics because of her
pasteurella.  It's terribly unlikely but theoretically possible for
humans to get it through a bite, so we figured better safe than sorry.)

Yes, they can get mono when they don't have
a bonded mate.

Junior is mono :
