But, in our case, we do give a *small* portion of the root with the top. (It's a bigger portion when Ira does the cutting since he is the one who actually delivers the tops before he leaves for work early in the AM. He likes spoiling those -- in at least one case -- overly pudgy buns. I'm the toughie.) Nona Nona |
