Anyone know where I can find a good home for my mini=lop Cuteness? He is
very active and friendly, 9 Y.O. black on white and has free reign of my
living room, mostly litter trained (poop sweeper necessary) and is
neutered. Cage, water, salt and mineral wheels, 2 litter boxes, some
pellets, hay, craisins and wildberry drops, toys Woody pet, a Leash and
harness, and wood shavings are all included. I may have some luck
fighting the managers of this property, but at this point I have until
close of biz tomorrow to have him gone. Wife and I are heartbroken, but
with our collective disabilities cannot be evicted now. We're in Oxford,
South central MA. It would be great if we could visit him, but a loving
indoor home(he has never stayed outside since he was 5 weeks old) is the
most important thing. I was going to post on the PETBUNNY list but lost
the instructions a while ago, if someone could be kind enough to forward
this and give me the instructions I would be most greatfull.

I am sorry that your bun had to be a victim of redtape. Hopefully it coul
turn the over way and he could stay. Even so, could you go to the hous
rabbit society website for the Massachusetts chapter. If you google, ther
should be a link. They could at leaset give you some idea of what to do fo
him, or a some links to look at. Carla Liza and Jodie

Unfortunately HRS in Massachusetts is all but dead: nobody answers email,
or I get an autoreply, and the phone is disconnected. It never was very
lively. Once I tried to volunteer and received a flat no thanks. I had a
bit more luck in Rhode Island, but their shelter was full (SweetBinks).
Ellen from the shelter may have found someone offering sanctuary in
Springfield if I can work out the transportation.
Thanks for the help though, and hope your little bouncers never face the
wrath of almighty HUD. I did file a complaint with HUD but by the time it
gets moving I'll be in the street, or at least housing court.
