You are in your bed, alone, nude.
Suddenly and without warning, a huge rat comes in your bed!
What do you do?

"Of what are you afraid, my child?" inquired the kindly teacher.
"Oh, sir! The flowers, they are wild," replied the timid creature.

As pitiful as this sorry, recurring troll is, reading the multiple
replies (which are nearly always much more clever than the original
posts) to its splatterings on other NGs can be quite amusing,

A parapeligic in Mass. was woken by his pet rat and it saved his life.
The apartment was on fire. He couldn't figure out how his pet rat (named
Rat) got out of his cage but lucky for him he did.
We snipped the article from the paper to show disbelievers.......

I have a book, 'Strange Powers of Pets' that tells of a wild rat saving a
West Virginian miner's life. It's a remarkable story.
