after trying hitting her with a stream of water from a water bottle about 8
zillion times. i decided to try another approach to stop the agonizing sound of
rats teeth versus metal cage. now let me tell you that my fine pair of females
have multiple hunks of chewing goodness inside the cage at all times. ie wood
blocks etc. BUT! 1 of the girls justs insists on chewing on one part of the cage
wire so much so that the coating is now gone, so tonight in a cruel act of
revenge i decided to liberally spread louisiana hot sauce on this one bit of
cage that has been chewed to death. the result?. now I  have 2 rats that go
cocoo for cocoa puffs over hot sauce.. they cant get enough of it.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...............
I give up. its earplugs for me now.
