Not sure when it begins but they are going to make a manditory neuter/spaying for all pitters, plus a manditory muzzle law when they are out in public. Politicians should not be given the power to make such decisions. It's ridiculous. Those people who train pitbulls to be viscious will simply turn to another breed such as rottweilers. We have also banned some Mexican dog... there are a few other breeds as well. It all happened because one girl got her face badly mauled and there was lots of bad press so as a knee jerk reaction the ban came about. In my town there is this guy who has a Pitbull and he is one of the gentlest natured creatures I have come across. I believe that there are just bad dogs like there are bad people.
