Hi there! :)
I just added two more pictures (5 and 6). In five, he's sat on the back
of my office chair. I didn't actually realize he was looking over my
shoulder until I swung the chair around and got a squeak of protest as
he almost lost his balance! And then I just had to get a picture! In
six, he's in the other chair in my office all cozy with a load of old
(clean!) socks, cloths and loo roll that I let him make a nest out of.
He -can- be cute and well behaved when he wants to be - I think it's
just that he tends to be skittish and sometimes hyper that makes him
misbehave.
Behaviour-wise, he was really good last night; I was handling him for a
while before going to bed and actually dozed off while he was sat next
to me! Woke up about 20 minutes later to find he was dozing lightly and
hadn't gone off wandering!
Today, he was mostly okay, tho we had a bad patch. He can get me SO
frustrated sometimes. No biting tho (touch wood), except 'warn' bites
when I do something he doesn't like - I'm really pleased about that.
Before I had him, he would happily take a chunk out of my hand without a
warning first.
In the last couple of hours tho, he's really calmed down some, leading
to him even being happy sitting (and now resting) in my office.
I have no idea what that part of his eyes is, but I only see it when (a)
he's really scared / freaked out / being hyper, or (b) there's a bright
camera flash going off - my digital camera flashes six times and is
quite blinding!
I have one behaviorial issue I want to ask about tho, and I've started a
new thread for that; "Running Away".
Thanks for the comments! :)
Dave
