The subject says it all. She goes crazy around any other rat regardless
of sex and attacks and in turn bites me as well. Any suggestions would
be very welcome.

Have you brought her to a vet to see if she has any pain or sickness?
If she is in good health, I would try spaying her.

She has been to a vet and is in excellant health. I don't know about
spaying her. I really like my vet and trust her, but I ttthink I'll
wait. I'm trying to only play with her by herself away from any other
rat scents. It sorta works, but I hope for better.
Thank You,
Mike

A few of us here have had first hand experience with biters and aggression.
Try not to worry too much, there is usually a solution.
