Hi All, Thought I'd let you know about Art and Tars first 'gooey' treat. Mixed them up a small dish of yoghurt, rocket and cheerios, Art grabbet a rocket leaf covered in yoghurt and dragged it accross Tar who then jumped onto me , up my arm, onto my shoulder and hid in my hair. Mine have just tasted their first brussels, as I went for years without buying them as I thought my partner didn't like them - turns out he does so I've been buying them a lot lately. They also tried a couple of chestnuts last week for the first time, as we went nutting last week, they went down a treat. None of mine have ever liked them, maybe just a nibble of the odd raw bit but then they leave it in disgust, they won't even try a nibble if they are cooked. It's funny to see them come bouncing up excitedly waiting for their veggie treat only to be given carrots, they are NOT impressed, lol.
