Hi All,
Thought I'd let you know about Art and Tars first 'gooey' treat.
Mixed them up a small dish of yoghurt, rocket and cheerios, Art grabbet a
rocket leaf covered in yoghurt and dragged it accross Tar who then jumped
onto me , up my arm, onto my shoulder and hid in my hair.
Tars clean again now, so is the carpet, just off to wash my hair :-)
Mandie.

I think it's called Arugala in Canada.  It's a salad green.

And do I see them enjoying brussel sprouts?!  Mine have just tasted their
first brussels, as I went for years without buying them as I thought my
partner didn't like them - turns out he does so I've been buying them a lot
lately.  They also tried a couple of chestnuts last week for the first time,
as we went nutting last week, they went down a treat.  There current
favourite are grapes though - I give them one a day and they love them!

I have some garden peas, carrots and melon for them for tomorrow,
I'm keeping the treats for hand feeding at the moment, they are getting
tamer by the day :-)

It'll be interesting to see if your little ones like carrots - I know a few
of us here have rats that simple hate them, which I have always found
strange.  None of mine have ever liked them, maybe just a nibble of the odd
raw bit but then they leave it in disgust, they won't even try a nibble if
they are cooked.  It's funny to see them come bouncing up excitedly waiting
for their veggie treat only to be given carrots, they are NOT impressed,
lol.  Now peas and melon, they do love :o)

My 2 guys LOVE carrots.  I buy those tiny precut/washed/peeled ones in bags
and they almost consider them as treats.

I hate it when Webshots is not functioning properly.
I have a couple that like the baby carrots as well, but not too many of
them like it.

If my boys are misbehaving all I have to do is tell them "Lads... if you're
not careful you'll get carrots for dinner..."  They are good as gold then
;o)

Webshots is still not working today :o(
