Hello All,

Oh man! How long have I been saying "No more rats! My heart can't take the
losses?" - Well, my heart can't take the thought of ratties being unloved
either!!! LOL

I usually only browse around the rat rehoming page, I'm only keeping
updated!! *grin*
They never have rats for rescue in my area, but low and behold this week
...... 2 little boys available for loving! Their teenage owner has started
college and has lost interest! Little rats are kept in kitchen being looked
after by lad's mum and she isn't a rat fan! I can't leave them there! Before
I could close the screen my fingers were emailing her! Damn it!!

Several emails and info chats later - They have said I can have the boys!!
Picture is in Webshots :-) They are called Belle and Sebastian, and yes
Belle is a boy but the previous owner wanted to keep the theme of the
cartoon! He thinks they are over a year but under 18 months! I'm hopefully
getting them at the weekend. They are giving me their large cage too, which
will really help for separation and introductions! I hope my current boys
like them, but they can be very shirty! Slowly, slowly with vanilla essence
but I guess if they have to be kept apart it isn't the end of the world.
I'll divide my time :-)

If you guys in the UK want to rescue ratties, do try this site - It's
brilliant and regularly updated! www.ratrehome.co.uk

Enjoy! :-)

Beau and Sebastian are gorgeous, sorry, but I just can't bring myself to
write Bel... not with gonads anyway. lol
How truly wonderful of you to take in these little guys!!!
It's really a special thing when taking in rehomed rats, I know I've not
regretted my girls for one minute.
I can't wait for more pictures!

Lol, I keep saying the same, Tarn - I'm going to try and not have anymore
for a while after my last two go, but whether I'll be able to carry it
through is another matter!

They are gorgeous wee fellas and look the spitting image of my old guy Max!
I'm sure they will bring you much joy and you won't regret rescuing them for
a minute :o)

Ooooooh Beau and Sebastian look just like my Jacques.  Beautiful little men!
All I can say is thank goodness the rehoming page is for the UK.  A site
like that in the US would get me into big trouble!

LOL.... Congrats,  how lovely to be able to "rescue" them eh?  I have
found my rescues to actually become my "favourites"  if thats at all
possible.  All the best for the intros when they happen.

Kind regards Kate
