If your rat is overweight, the best thing to do is to cut out all junk
food meaning human food. Just feed her/him blocks made just for rats and
fresh veggies and some fruit and nothing more.
Give her lots of out time, time to run, climb. Make her home more
stimulated, more toys, more levels to explore.
