Hi all,

'Fraid I had to make the decision to put the boys to sleep today,
recent breathing problems and Gromits enlarged right eye made my mind
up for me. They went peacfully laid side by side and their suffering
ended. We all gave each other a very happy two years and I will miss
them.

I know you will all express your sympathies and I appreciate that, but
please don't make any references to an after-life as I don't believe
in all that.

I'll let you know the names of their replacements (we'll be getting
three) when they are installed.

Regards

Howard

Howard, I am sorry for your loss - it must be terribly hard to lose two at
one time.  It's the toughest decision in the world to have to make, I know.

So sorry about Wallace and Gromit, you made the right descision though as
it's quality of life that counts. You gave them two years of love and they
returned the same.

I'm so sorry to hear about your two boys.  They had a full and happy life
with you and I'm sure all the wonderful memories they have left you with
will bring you comfort.

I am so sorry to read of your losses Howard - I followed your posts of
Wallace and Gromit avidly and immediately felt an affiliation with them
because of their fabulous names!! It must have brought you a small comfort
that they went together - I am sending my best wishes to you.

I look forward to hearing of your new additions! x

Thank you all for your kind words of support. I can now live with the
decision I had to make.

Although we are not yet owned by "The New Lads" I have a feeling that
their names will be Wallace, Gromit and Preston (He'll be a Cyber-Rat
you see)

Thankk you once again

Howard
