What is smelling? Is it the scent marking? Their coats? Or things
like their poops?
If it is scent marking and their coats, try leaving something in their
cages that is not washed every time you clean it out. I usually leave
the igloo uncleaned and then clean it later when they have been in the
cage for a couple of days.
If you eliminate their smell entirely by cleaning the cage thoroughly,
then they feel the need to scent mark more.
If it is their coats, you can try putting a little flax seed oil on
them to break up the buck grease that might be accumulating.
If it is their poo, then it might be internal parasites or something
else upsetting their stomachs. Revolution will eliminate the
parasites. If they have been on antibiotics lately you can try giving
them a probiotic daily and see if that improves. If not, I would have
a vet check them out.

I have had more boys than girls and just find they smell on their coats
which i was informed was buck grease. But saying that they do smell stronger
sometimes than others which I think it is when they are getting more
sexually mature. Their wee is quite strong so usually depending on how
strong they smell depends on when i clean them out.
All in all i think it is one of those things us humans have to put up with.
I found that if i used vinegar it made it worse so i use just a smidge of
washing up liquid in realy hot water and then wipe it all down. And then
when i do the full cage taking it all apart i used a smidge of bleach and
then rinse it all well.
