I have two boys right now some of you may remember, Pepper and Pippin.
I've gotten that new rattie feeling and was wondering if it would be a
bad idea to go out and get them a 3d cagemate.
If it's not a bad idea, can anyone recommend a rattery in the SF Bay Area?

Rattie Ratz rescue (http://www.rattieratz.com/) is where I got my
youngest two. They are quite the network, so even if they don't have
just what you're looking for listed on Petfinder, they're likely to
know of someone who has a litter that will need to be rehomed soon.

How old are pepper and pippin? Introducing a couple of babies to the two
older ones would be a better idea, the babies are more active and would
be able to play with each other when the older ones just want to sleep.
And I also suggest going to a rescue, they can help you choose what's
right for you.
