Baby!

For my birthday I got a larger cage for Bella, and a week later a baby
rat to keep her company (I won't be able to spend nearly as much time
with her when my baby comes). I have to grow the baby rat a little
before I let them stay in the same cage all the time... she's SO tiny!
The look in her eye is equal to that of a human 3 year old. Curious,
Sweet and Smart, with a hint of obnoxious, and a strong dose of actual
innocense. She's probably 6 inches from nose to tail;

She's very much playful, and poor Bella hasn't had a playmate other
than my fingers in almost a year, so she's happily tormented by the
littlest one. Bella runs all over the cage to run away and Baby (which
I think is going to be her name b/c she's so tiny!) runs laps up and
around the cage and walks right underneath of Bella whenever she can.
Either rightside up under her butt, or directly underneath of her
upside down on the underside of the floor of the levels.

She's hooded, with adorable forward pointing ears. Its like she's
always very much listening.

Sneezes terrify her, and seem to blow her about a half a foot back in
the cage (I have a cold, so its very funny!)

I'll get pictures up as soon as I can!

Oh... and we found out I'm having a baby GIRL! (*dances*)

I have tears in my eyes from the joy you have shared with us. Bless both
your little ones. They have and will be coming to a house of love!

It's wonderful that Bella has a new friend. Baby is a cute name,
although she will probably grow up to be a huge rat ;).

That's great that you are having a girl!
