Wow, I just weighed the boys...and Barkley. Their weights are:-
Barkley - 550gms (up 100gms/3oz since the vet visit) 19.6 oz
Apollo - 325gms, 11.5 oz
Samson - 325gms, 11.5oz
Zeus - 300gms, 10.75oz
Hercules - 290 or so 10.25><
Atlas - 275gms,  9.75oz

They are doing well. Apollo is still the biggest of the boys, and
Atlas the smallest. So...*rough maths* thats about 4- 4.5grams per day
since birth. Barkleys extra 100 grams at 4.5 grams a day equals 22
days. So...yeah, that works, considering he didn't seem to eat the
first week and he has been here 4 weeks.

cheers,

Ot's amazing how quickly they grow, they're not babies for long.
Love the names :-)

Yep, the boys are now 10 weeks old. "Yesterday" they were just trying
to work out how to make thier legs move and I didn't have the
slightest idea what games would be fun for little baby rats.

As luck would have it, I just uploaded pics of them.

My Scoot is 441 grams, and i thought that was big, but knowing you have one
bigger makes me feel a bit better.

I thought that Barkley at a year old had finished growing. Guess I was
wrong. :s

I just weighed the ratties so they can be wormed (I worm the cats on
the first weekend in each new season - got a bit ahead of myself
today, but who cares? 12 animals on one day would be a bit much I
think)

Barkley has lost weight and is now 525 gms (not sure if I should worry
about that yet, probably not coz he has been in the Mansion and
getting lots more exercise)
Apollo (at 13 weeks) - 400gms ^75gms
Samson - also 400gms ^75gms
Zeus - 350gms ^ 50gms
Hercules - 325gms ^35gms
Atlas - 350gms. ^75gms
Christmas is still 325gms

Interesting stuff.
