This afternoon my boy Chester was put to sleep. :'( He had grown so thin,
had a small sorta tumor on his side, a permanently sore eye, and the last
week he had suffered from a kinda anxiety attack a couple of times. In other
words: it was his time. He has lived up to a truely great age for a rat (3
years, 3 months and 3 days), so it's alright really.

Goodbye, my crazy, old men. :-(

Oh baby, I am so sorry. You really are the best rat daddy in the world. He
was a lucky little man.

I would love it if we could all meet some day.

HUGS,

Oh, what a very handsome boy he was. He looked like a sweetie.  He looks
a lot like my Chewie that I lost in November.  It's so very sad, even
when they do live to be a ripe old age.  I love your photos.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can see by the photos that he was really
loved and had a fantastic life,
it's always hard to make the right decision, but that really is the last act
of true love, to let them go with dignity.

Oh I'm so sorry.  He will be missed by all who knew of him.
