7g nano reef opinions needed - please respond

My LFS just got in two 1.5 inch Yellow Watchman Gobies from the wild that
are paired with a .5 inch Tiger Pistol. Do you think this is too much of a
bioload for a 7g nano. I don't have a skimmer but do 15% water changes a
week. Opinions appreciated!

They should not be too much bioload, but...
How thick is your sand bed? They need couple inches to dig.
Will you have any space left for the rest of the "reef"?
