hat's the average length of time that 55 watt PC 03 actinics should last
before they should be replaced. As well as a 175 watt 6000k MH.

Most manufactuerers suggest to replace them every 6 months for sw use
and year for FW

PCs are good for 12 months, as are MH bulbs.  VHO are replaced every 6 months.
