Hello Group,
I have a 58 gallon Oceanic tank which is 36" long.  I might consider
a metal halide lighting system soon but from reading reference books I found
out that one MH bulb only covers an area of about 2 sq. ft.   Most systems
for sale only include one bulb.  Would this be O.K. for my tank or should I
keep looking for a fixture with 2 bulbs- if any?   Has anyone else had this
problem with their 36" tank?   Thanks- MIKE

You can squeeze two MH bulbs over your tank to get adequate
coverage.  As you shop, look for a retro kit that has "dual
MH" ballasts, sockets, and bulbs.
