I just setup all my plumping for my new 75 gal tank. I used 1" PVC
piping. My question is on one of the connections I did not push the pipe
in all the way and some of the primer stand inside shows., Is this going
to poison the fish?

If you used the same Primer and glue used in residential pvc lines there
should be no problems after the odor is gone, about 24hr.  You are drinking
from it every day as there is pvc somewhere in every supply line nowadays.
