I have a large rock with maybe 50 or so really healthy looking button
polyps. Over the last 2 weeks they are dying off one by one. There's
probably only 10 or so left. Water conditions are great. 0/0/0 0.05 PO4
Calcium on the low side but steady at 380. Feed every couple days or so with
Phytoplankton etc etc ...

They are situated close to some orange Gorgonia and I have read that they
may be semi-aggresive. Could this be killing them off? I also see small
slugs late at night when the lights have been out for a while.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I would start by looking very closely at night, for the rate that they
are leaving.  It sounds to me like something is eating on them.
