food receipe for reef tank

I followed this newsgroup about five years ago. I had a 135 gal reef tank.
There was a great receipe for homemade reef food. I've lost the receipe and
have set up my tank again. Does anyone have a good receipe?

BTW: I believe Eric refers to using a blender in this post. Later in
the discussion thread he confirmed that he actually uses a food

The main thing I take from reading these is that one shouldn't be
afraid to add, subtract, substitute, and modify according to the
specific animals in your tank and the availability of ingredients.
